Our Returns Policy

We want you to love every Paula’s product. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Timeframe

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be returned within 28 days of delivery.

Condition of Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In the original packaging
  • Not styled, pinned, or worn
  • Free from any odours, hairspray, or products

Please note: For hygiene reasons, wigs and hairpieces that have been worn, styled, or used cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

How to Return

To start a return, please email us at info@paulaswigsandbling.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with your returns instructions. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 working days back to your original payment method.
